HONEST
Honesty was rarely questioned 50 years ago when patients sought medical care. Now patients are (and should be) more cautious when it comes to accepting everything they're told. Our commitment to honesty is uncompromising, and we look forward to earning each and every patient's trust...
We don't play "bait and switch" games with our marketing where we promise "no shots", or try to generate fear in patients by referring to their silver-colored amalgam fillings as "silver-mercury" fillings to stress the mercury content (please read the amalgam section under the Patient Services section for more info). Yes, sometimes we can restore small cavities in teeth without the need for anesthetic. But most fillings that need to be done will require anesthetic for maximum patient comfort. And if after being informed of the ADA's stance on amalgam fillings (and what the scientific community currently believes) you still want the silver fillings removed because they contain mercury, we'll be happy to accomplish this for you. All you have to do is ask.
